Support beyond the role

The expectation of true work–life balance

Work from home or the office, with easily adjusted contracted hours. We strive to minimise overtime, but when it happens it’s rewarded with extra leave or 1.5× pay.

Up to 46 days of holiday for full-time employees

36 days of paid holiday including bank holidays, with the option to purchase extra leave and earn additional leave through long service.
