6.1 We permit third‑party search engines, indexing services and automated tools, including artificial intelligence systems, to access and analyse the Site solely for the purposes of indexing, search, categorisation and discovery of the Site and its non‑personal content.
6.2 This permission is limited to use that enables the Site or its content to be referenced or surfaced within search results or similar retrieval systems, and does not permit reproduction, reuse, commercial exploitation or creation of derivative works beyond what is strictly necessary for those purposes.
6.3 Images, photographs or other visual representations of identifiable individuals displayed on the Site are expressly excluded from this permission.
6.4 All photographs of people on the Site remain subject to the intellectual property rights of us or our licensors and the privacy and data protection rights of the individuals concerned.

6.6.2 use such images for the training, testing or operation of artificial intelligence models, computer vision systems, facial recognition technologies or biometric systems;
6.6.3 analyse such images for identification, profiling, inference or recognition of any individual; or
6 .6.4 incorporate such images into any dataset, archive, database or third‑party service, whether commercial or non‑commercial.
6.7 By accessing and using this Site, you agree to comply with these restrictions. Any attempt to bypass these restrictions may result in legal action and/or termination of access to the Site.
7. Submitting information to the site
7.1 While we try to make sure that the Site is secure, we do not actively monitor or check whether information supplied to us through the Site is confidential, commercially sensitive or valuable.
7.2 Other than any personal information which will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy, we do not guarantee that information supplied to us through the Site will be kept confidential and we may use it on an unrestricted and free-of-charge basis as we reasonably see fit.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction
