Scientific Account Lead
Key roles and responsibilities
Account leadership
- Co-lead account to ensure the overall success of one or more major client accounts
- Create a positive, high-performing team environment and support development and wellbeing
- Own and maintain an account action plan, ensuring priorities are clear and progress is visible
Client Partnership
- Build trusted client relationships and bring strategic input to discussions
- Support the team to deliver excellent service and add value through smart challenge and guidance
- Identify evolving client needs and help ensure Aspire’s solutions remain best-fit
Account performance and growth
- Lead account planning and proactively manage workflow, risks, and opportunities
- Contribute to organic growth and new business pitches where appropriate
- Champion efficient, sustainable delivery aligned with Aspire’s work–life balance commitment
Financial & resource oversight
- Support strong financial performance through accurate scoping, budgeting and Paprika updates
- Work with senior leaders to ensure sustainable resourcing and delivery models
Operational responsibilities
- Follow Aspire processes for administration, timesheets and file housekeepingAct professionally with clients, HCPs, contractors and internal stakeholders
- Promote Aspire’s vision and values (see below) in day-to-day work and decisions
