We're on the E2E Female 100 list

Aspire Scientific is delighted to announce its inclusion on the 2023 E2E Female 100 list, in association with The Independent, and in partnership with IWG plc. The list, which was independently verified by data from Experian and Go Live Data, celebrates influential, high performing female-led businesses in the UK that are excelling, experiencing consistent growth, and creating an impact not just in their own sector, but also on a nationwide, and in some cases a global scale.

E2E hosted a celebratory dinner at The House of Commons on 17 March, attended by Aspire Scientific’s Co-Founder, and Operations Director, Philippa Flemming.

Speaking about the E2E Female 100 list, Shalini Khemka, CBE (Founder of E2E) said: “To see so many extraordinary multigenerational women in the top 100 from a host of innovative sectors is a testament to the amazing work so many women are achieving, daily. Each and every person on this list should be incredibly proud of what they have achieved and will continue to achieve in the years to come”.

Assistant Editor of the Independent, Caroline Gammell said: “We're delighted to be featuring such an exceptional group of women who are powerhouses in their own individual sectors and who have seen exceptional growth over the past three years. The E2E Female 100, in association with The Independent, gives us the chance to showcase the amazing female talent around the UK and to inspire the next generation of female entrepreneurs, who are a much-needed part of our future economy. We can't wait to see what they do next and are looking forward to championing female leaders for many more years to come”.

Philippa commented on Aspire’s inclusion on the list, adding “We are so proud to have been included on this prestigious list for successful, female-led companies. Aspire Scientific is fortunate to have many inspirational women on the team and in leadership roles, including two of our three Directors, and half of our senior management team. Our flexible, people-first approach and absolute commitment to work-life balance allows people with caring responsibilities outside of work to continue to progress in their career, in particular helping to retain women in the industry where they can progress to leadership roles. While I’m personally featured on this list, I represent the whole team at Aspire. Without the commitment of all our team ensuring that our culture is maintained and further developed as we grow, we couldn’t be as successful as we are today”.
